Oh no they didn't? The Steelers resigned Chad Brown today to take over some pass rushing situations since Peezey won't be playing this weekend. Ouch! I hope his wife doesn't come to the game. If you remember, she slammed Pittsburgh after Chad signed with the Seachickens saying the city didn't have any good sushi...or any other good food. Arnold Harrison is starting at OLB and Rian Wallace will be his backup. Good Lord. We're in more trouble than I thought. Well, all I can say is that for years we've allowed other starting LBs to sign elsewhere since one or more of the backups are always capable of replacing the starters. We've been deep at LB for 20 years. I hope the well doesn't run dry this season, especially with Larry Johnson coming to town. The injury list does not look pretty. DeShea Townsend is not starting either but I'm very curious to see how Bryant McFadden handles starting. I think he's your opening day starter next year anyway. This is my annual game near my birthday in the 'burgh. I'll be hanging out with Still A Dog and tailgating as usual with Still A W and the Genco gang. Wow. What a long ride home on Monday if they lose this game. Nah! I think the rust will crumble and Ben will get Hines off early. Take the Steelers and the points .....and that's the first time I've said to bet them this year.
