FAN: Meeting Hell

How fun. We have a vendor who delivers a release monthly and will charge us huge dollars to change that setup since they have a lot of clients on the monthly schedule. We are trying out a 5 week release cycle with our inhouse stuff. Please decide how we will release the 3rd party stuff the same night we do our own. Discuss.

Oooo...I dunno, but three colors on a white board with lots of dashed lines look very impressive!

(My whiteboard has a sketched out version of what 12 people are doing for the next year. Took me 5 minutes. Now, I'm going to fight with MS Project for 5 days to "formalize" it. And it will all change next week. And the week after that. And the week after that....and so on.
