Since no charges have been filed yet, I'm going to hold off on having an opinion. However, it does give me great honor....to repost yet again, my Local 769 Pittsburgh Pipe Layers dedication poster for laying pipe "24-7".I hope it's not true. Can you even imagine what the Rooney family is going through right now? I don't want a "Hollywood" quarterback. Can't he just stay home and play PS3 or XboX or something? Take up knitting? Crochet? Anything? I wish his ass was at the gym losing 20 pounds.

On my 28th birthday I banged a woman in the back of a Ford Econoline van in the parking lot of a private club. So I'm not going to pass judgement either. Although we drank a bottle of champagne afterwards and it was all good. Maybe Ben should have bought her a cheap bottle of Taylors?
This is just a mess. What worries me is that she was treated and released at a hospital. That doesn't sound good.

Seems like this girl was hanging with his group all night......they probably got it on in the bathroom. Did she agree? Did he force himself? At this point it might be he said/she said but if there is dna evidence he might be screwed......again!
