Hey - I got some of those Rudy 08 stickers from when he visited NH!
So, when I first heard McCain picked Palin, I was like "Who's Palin?" With a female newbie, my first thought was that the selection seemed incredibly risky. I figured they were going after the Hillary vote. Then, you hear all the media stories and you start to wonder about how wise the pick is. Like you said, brilliant or idiotic.
Now, I tend to lean a little left anyway, but I have to say I have TREMENDOUS respect for John McCain. So I was very interested to hear her speech last night and I have to say...I liked her. I really, really liked her! I feel like I can relate to her. And all of her family "issues" seem to make her seem more like a real person, not someone with the squeaky clean record.
And her little girl, Piper, licking the palm of her hand and patting down the baby's head was just adorable! A perfect photo op.
So, where can I pick up a McCain/Palin sign to plant in my yard?

Not sure about the sign. But I suggest you start with your state Republican Committee as soon as they return home from Minnesota.
If you can't get the sign, I know where you can get some "Rudy Giuliani '08" stickers.
