Captain Jenks Rocks

These are some prank phone calls made to C-Span. If you listen closely, you can tell that most of them are from the same guy. It's Captain Jenks, a regular caller to the Stern show. He lives about 5 miles from us and always performs on weekends at a local Bar that I've been to many times. He's hilarious and some of the networks have just caught on and started screening for his number. He was on once and said how easy it is to get through the person screening the calls. He now has to change his phone number every few months to get on national tv. He is at his best when tragedy strikes, which is kind of sad, but it's still funny. When C-Span or CNN is live from a plane crash or something of that nature - you can bet Jenks is working the phones like crazy trying to get through. Even the female voices are his I believe. Good stuff - did you catch the Pakastani guy's name?

I remember when Cpt. Janks started calling the Stern show. At first he just did some goofy voice and claimed to be "Capt. Janks, 42nd field artillery unit, Federal Republic of Germany". He started out by badgering John DeBella since he was up against Stern at the time (Stern actually set him up on a date with DeBella's ex-wife). You would think there would be some caller screening protocol named after him by now.
