Cold Hard Football Facts have been riding this horse for a couple years now. But they are correct. And Ben has maintained the stats along with the necessary attempts to become "official" in their eyes (for whatever that's worth).
For those of you who don't know those older fellows. Otto Graham won countless champioships with the Cleveland Browns in both the defunct AAFC and the NFL. He was the premiere QB of the 1950s. Sid Luckman was the reason Heisman QB John Lujack rode the pine for the Bears in the 1940s. Luckman along with the (not mentioned) Sammy Baugh were the premier QBs of the 1940s.
On a side note, it is my opinion that Sammy Baugh was the greatest all-around football player to ever step foot on an NFL field. In addition to being a versatile QB, Baugh led the NFL in punting 4 consecutive years (1940-43) and in 1940 set a season record that still stands averaging 51.4 yards per punt. Oh yeah, Sammy played defense too!

Nice. The numbers don't lie. All we need is a few big beefy good (not great) O-lineman and Ben will get his second Super Bowl ring...and more.
