DOG: Pigmeat On The Line

Wet Ribs - Mrs. Dog Style
Up here in the Mid-Atlantic we don't have no fish to grill. We got pigmeat. Three racks of pork ribs to be exact.
I smoked 3 racks of pork ribs on Saturday for some friends and me & Mrs. Dog prior to the Stillers-Skins game. Started the smoker at 11:00 am, put the ribs on at 11:30. Took the photo at 5:15 just after the Texas Pecan BBQ sauce was added to the two racks that were done wet. I kept my rack dry with just my AAuthentic Rib Rub for flavoring. Took 'em off at 5:30 and served them up with some potato salad and Picnic Beans. Best ribs I ever made.
