Ode To Kenny Boy

There once was a man named Kenneth

Whose bookkeeping methods upset us.

He only gave matches in his stock,

From a capitalist guy thats a huge crock.

To the stockholders whom bullshit was fed,

No tears that Kenneth Lay dead.

To the employees who lost their retirement,

Joy that Lay's pump had stopped firin'.

To his wife who was tired of his whoring,

No more nights of Kenneth Lay snoring.

And his cronies who made plenty of bread?

Not even a BLINK that Kenneth Lay dead.

To the capitalists he gave a black eye,

No sorrow or pity he died.

When all is done and said,

CEOs heed karma....Kenneth Lay dead.

Somebody make me a list of things that rhyme with Skilling.....

Well, the rotten bastard is dead but he's still costing us money.

How much do you suppose it has cost, and continues to cost, public corporations to become compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley on account of Kenny's greedy ass?

The good news? When I told a guy a the bar at Outback last night that Ken Lay was dead he bought me and my buddy a beer. I guess there really is two sides to every coin.
