Don't Make A Marine Angry
Ok.....read this story and tell me how wrong you think the Marine was? I'm not advocating shooting anyone, but damnit, if people weren't throwing things at his house - he wouldn't have picked up the gun in the first place. I wonder if this cat ever saw "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas? What? I can't order breakfast because it's 5 minutes past the breakfast time??????

Woulda been good for the family business. Coulda opened up a new mortuary wing for stupid drunks who throw shit at peoples houses.
Dog got real drunk in Minnesota one time and got thrown out of a bar before he got to listen to the Allman Brothers song he paid for on the juke box. He was so mad he was foaming at the mouth. But did he throw stuff at the bar? Well, yeah. He threw his beer bottle at the bar and missed. But it landed at the tires of the car belonging to the tattooed lesbian who threw him out of the bar.
All's well that ends well.
This happened about 10 miles from our house. What this particular story doesn't mention is that the guy had called the police that night and 30 mins later they still hadn't responded. I agree, he probably didn't handle it in the best way, but I don't really think he intended to hurt anyone. Lawrence is a not-so-great town with lots of crime. He was just trying to protect his home. Sadly, one of the people hit was a teenage (underage) girl, and as many people asked in the Sound Off column in the paper...why was she out at that time of night at a nightclub anyway?!?!
