FAN: Harold and Kumar Go To The Movies

This is hilarious. Every so often I look at what drives people to The Slant. Haluski references are still happening at an alarming rate. I still think Stilladog should start a free Blog dedicated to nothing but Haluski and put Google Ads on it. There is money to be made! Anyway, as I'm looking tonight, there was a Google search for "Slant Dog Milinon Years". I read that four times and then just started laughing. They obviously wanted "Slumdog Millionaire". I drilled down to see where the hit came from. New Delhi, India. Nice! If more people couldn't pronounce shit, we'd get more hits! SPeaking of movies, I saw "Juno" for the first time last weekend and really really enjoyed it. Really. Great acting on the girl's part. Also saw Paul Blart: Mall Cop with the family. A few good belly laughs, but we all know I like disturbing movies....there is nothing disturbing about Paul Blart.....

Still A. While said...

Well, since you brought up food......what is everyone having for the big game?
We got walkin' tacos, meatball hoagies, buffalo chicken dip, boston creme cupcakes and football cookies...........do dieting here on Sunday. No way.
Oh, yeah, and beer and margaritas.

Yes, I've been wondering what the dog is cooking up. I'm thinking we'll be having something with sauerkraut and maybe pierogies? Although meatball subs sound good. And buffalo chicken dip rocks!

I agree with Fan - Juno was awesome. Mall Cop was eh? Cute for the family, but not many brains required to watch, which definitely makes it enjoyable, I guess.

AA Firedog Chili at my house. Which is: Beef, Bison, & Venison, dark kidney's, light kidneys, pintos, & black beans, and about 11 different kinds of peppers and the usual other stuff onions, tomato sauce etc. etc. + lots of McCormick Tex-Mex Hot Chili powder.

Served with cheddar cheese using plain Doritos corn chips and blue corn chips as scoops. No spoons. No sweets.

And Stoney's beer! Do a shot of Old Overholt rye every time the Stillers score.

Nobody coming over (so as not to offend or scare anyone). Just me, Mrs. Dog, Mattie & Whisper, my 2 firedogs.

Gonna build a fire in my downstairs bunker, crank up the big screen at 6:31. And go to war. Probably split firewood all day to avoid the cesspool of idiotic shit pumped out by BS-PN and all the other networks. Although I might DVR NFL Matchup with Hoge & Jaws because it's on at 6:30AM!!!

Here We GO!!

Hey cousin - if you liked the acting from the girl in Juno - check out Smart People with Dennis Quaid. She plays his daughter. Wonderfully damaged people. Not disturbing, per se, but thought provoking.
