Ooooo...Everyone says I have to try the Peking Duck in Beijing. Of course, it really is "Peeking" there - they serve it at the table with its head on it.
Make sure it's not Pee-King Dick. They are usually served with the head on also. They only have one eye though. You may not like the taste, they are usually rather salty. An Asian delicacy nevertheless.
