Lots of stuff involving the police this past week. There was the parapalegic who was dumped out of his wheelchair and onto the floor and searched. This morning I saw where an officer was on video trying to process a female DWI who was becoming a bit agitated - he turned off the video and when it came back on she was on the floor in a pool of blood.
Never trust the police. They are crooked and apathetic. Keep the police out of your life at all costs. Buy a gun, get a knife, take kung fu lessons, do whatever it takes but do not count on the police to help you in your time of need. They are too busy eating donuts and chasing pussy to worry about what has happened to you.
Nothing good can come from a police officer entering your life. Either you have done something wrong and he's there to get you. Or someone has done something bad, or something bad has happened, to you and the police have been summoned. But either way it's bad news for Y-O-U.
Law enforcement does not attract the sharpest tools in the shed either. I mean, really... Who wants to make a career of breaking up bar fights and domestic disputes and catching speeders or directing traffic?
But the job they do is necessary and a thankless one. So it's hard for me to criticize them too harshly. But what you need to know is never trust a cop. And keep them out of your life if at all possible. The example posted by Fan is prime.
